Dania Ramirez.

YO!!! I don't know if any of you know Dania Ramirez, but this girl....sorry, woman is my wifey! Not literally but if I had one wish.. you know the rest. Anyways, Dania is a star from Heroes and I found a little article about what she looks for in a man. Check her out.

Dania Ramirez isn't afraid to tell you what she likes: "The best beer in the world is in the Dominican Republic: Presidente." And she's upfront about everything else, too: "I'm not about the bullshit," Ramirez says. "I can't hide how I feel. People find that out about me fast."

Ramirez, who joined the cast of NBC's Heroes as the mysterious, powerful Maya, expects the same kind of brutal honesty from others. "Honesty hurts people's feelings," she says. "But it's the only way to be. I'd rather you be honest with me always, even if you make me angry with your honesty. I can still respect that you've been honest." Director and fiancé Jessy Terrero won her heart not only by being honest, but also by playing it straight. "He treated me as an equal," she says. "Which I think any woman wants."

Dania's Tips:

Show a little emotion. Ramirez wishes men would fight off their masculine stoicism every once in a while and show some heat. "Men don't realize that being so rational all the time only makes them feel cold."

Notice and appreciate. "Men forget about small gestures," she says. "I don't want to tell you to thank me. That pisses me off. But if you take the time and look at those little things, you would correct bigger problems."

Go for realism. "There's this ideal woman that men think up in their heads," Ramirez says. "It's the same for women?they think up Prince Charming. I want a relationship that's real. Good, bad, in between. It's all beautiful."

Ms. Ramirez if you happen to see this post, I hope your not offended.. call me! I appreciate and I'm real.

grimy out.

How To Snag A Girl Like Ciara.

Ciara

R & B diva Ciara has the focus of a professional athlete. So it’s not surprising the former high-school track star found her inspiration on ESPN. "I take my motivation from athletes—basketball players in particular," she says. " I love Michael Jordan. You can tell he chose to work hard to set himself outside the pack. That energy motivates me."

When it comes to dating, Ciara wants a man with the same intensity she has. "I like for a guy to have his own thing going on, a strong drive and focus—because that motivates me," she says. "You can tell it's there when you talk to him, but it also shows in the way he carries himself—how he moves around a room. That confidence shows through. It's really intriguing to me, and I need to see this sort of great potential before I even talk to a guy."

Ciara's Tips:

• Concentrate on what's inside. "Even if you want to move fast, you need to pump the brakes every now and then so you can learn about the person behind that cute face."
• Learn with lightness. "I like to go out to dinner and the movies. These are things that give you the opportunity to learn about a person's tastes—what they laugh at. That says a lot."
• Mind your manners. "It's important for a guy to be a gentleman. I like some toughness, but not too much. He has to take the time to understand who I am."
