The Inquirer has recently released their article talking about the recent concert of superstars Chris Brown & Rihanna, as well as a quick vid of concert day!
So I made my way over to Fort Bonifacio in Taguig, Manila to watch Chris Brown and Rihanna perform live! If I had to summarize this concert in two words, it would be: FREAKING LEGENDARY!! This concert was definitely worth it in every way, if you minus the back aches, and scorching body heat! Hahaha!
The two artists were brought here to Manila by MTV Philippines, along with Globe Telecom.
Unfortunately, only one of the VANTAGE Masterminds was able to make the show since my other partners aren't really big fans of these artists. But you guys know that I had to be there, and i took plenty of pics for our readers.
My camera died on me halfway through the concert so I wasn't able to get everything, and that includes the Umbrella duet! I'm annoyed. But yeah, enjoy what we have! We're bringing these shots closer than anybody else!
Here are few pics from the concert:

This Isn't My Vid, But It's The Best I Could Find Of The Duet
Overall, this concert practically surpassed all my expectations. I wasn't expecting all the pyrotechnics, the amazing visuals, and all the choreography that went into the show. Rihanna and Chris Brown definitely know how to show their audience a good time. This is by far the best concert I have been to to date. The money spent was definitely worth every minute of it.
Yo Yo MANILA! Attica is at it again! PLAY Tuesdays is right around the corner. Be there or be a SQUARE. If you like real/raw hip hop then you don't wanna miss this. Good music, good people and BOOZE. SHII can't go wrong. See you there.
So for all of you who don't know the street culture here in Manila has been on the rise. Hip Hop is becoming bigger, skaters are popping up and steez is finally developing. Greyone, an LA Hip Hop shop opened here in the PI a few years ago and last week they opened a new shop in Greenbelt 5. So fat.tollo and myself attended the grand opening which was great. Who can complain about free BACARDI right? The turn out was good and the store was fresh as can be. Check it out.
Sorry there aren't more photos but if there were you wouldn't have a reason to go see for yourself. So go!
Ever wondered what Manila was like during its glory days? Those stories our parents, nay, our GRAND-parents would tell us about how Manila was one of the leading countries in Asia? "When coming from abroad back home to Manila, things would always remain the same or just get worse" they'd say. So here's a informative video for you guys! Check it, Vantage, posting something educational! Its a clip of Manila back in the 1930s! A lot of the areas and landmarks in the video are actually still well recognizable, especially for me since I grew up around Manila... Tondo to be exact. Those places were like my backyard back in the day. Anyways, it's a pretty long video but an interesting one at that. Look at the people, they're actually all dressed so nicely, as if everyone were rich! Suits, barongs, the works! Sad to say but, to me, Manila actually looked nicer before!
