Louis Vuitton Spring 2009 Sneakers. Or is it?

Here is the upcoming line of Louis Vuitton Sneakers. They say that the brand wanted to create a more subtle collection as compared to the previously loud and overly cluttered designs that they had. The brand was said to be heavily inspired by the Vans Sk8 Hi and Sk8 Lo. If you ask me, the designs look exactly alike, or maybe even identical. I have never really admired the Louis Vuitton Sneaker collection, but this has taken me a few more steps back from admiration. This looks like a direct clone of the Vans Sk8 Hi & Lo.

Does anyone else agree with me?
