I AM THE LAW!!!

Judge Dredd is coming back to the big screen via Rebellion and 2000 AD together with DNA Films, which also produced 28 Weeks Later. Production will start in 2009, which is pretty vague since '09 starts in just 2 weeks. Will it start THAT soon? Hopefully a 2010 summer release? Jason Kingsely, CEO and Creative Director said, "We can't give away too many details at this point but we're looking forward to working with DNA Films to bring Judge Dredd back to the big screen."

I kinda have mixed feelings for this film. But one thing is for certain, at this point, I can't think of anyone else other than Sylvester Stallone to play the lead role. Yes, he is old. Yes, he's kinda at the end of his career, but who can say, "I AM THE LAW" better than old Sly?! Or look like Dredd's jaw-line for that matter!
