2010 Honda Accord CUV?

If you guys have noticed, we haven't really posted much about all those fancy cars out there, unless they're simply works of art like the Lambo Estoque. Here at Vantage, we wanna be realistic, what can we really get and whats comin or might come out here in the shores of the PI. So here's the soon to be, Honda Accord CUV which is set to be slotted in between the CR-V and Pilot.

CUV's, or Crossover Utility Vehicles, seem to have been growing in popularity everywhere and now, Honda is jumping in the bandwagon. It does look like the European Accord Tourer, though just by looking at the pics, its definitely bigger, wider, and higher. The front end is from our Accord, which is the same as the US model (NOT the same as JDM). Though only a test mule, Honda will most likely adapt a similarly designed nose. Fender flares that have been tacked onto the body and covered with tape that matches the color of the paint. These flares indicate that the wheel track has been widened slightly. Looking at the rear doors, this ride is definitely bigger and longer than the Tourer, as well as our Accords. The chassis is also taken from our current Accord.

Will this ride come to our shores? I say YES. With the growing popularity of CUV's here (Volvo XC60, XC70, BMW X6, Subaru Forester, Benz GLK etc...), its coming... we just have to wait.
