Custom Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3

Now I know Sony released that cool looking limited edition gun metal-grey PS3 to celebrate one of my favortie games, Metal Gear. But while that release was cool in its own way, Morpheon Mods has just released their very own Metal Gear Edition PS3, and this one blows the gun metal-grey PS3 out of the water. The console and controller is a combination of carbon fiber and midnight black done ina digital camouflage technique and is protected by nince coats of DuPont Chroma clearcoat. Pretty cool huh? But wait, sit back cuz we ain't done yet. The laser-cut stainless steel marquee artwork is illumintated by 15 white micro LED's. Like I said, gun-metal grey, blown out of the water! And to make sure that it stays under, this Metal Gear Edition PS3 is even signed by Hideo Kojima, the game's creator for those who don't know.

This is available on eBay for a cool $1625 with only about 6 days left. This will come with other rare metal gear items like, t-shirts, decals, dog tags, strategy guides, and even a GA-KO alarm clock. 15% of the proceeds will go to Penny Arcade's charity, Child's Play.

I honestly have no words to describe this. I am a huge fan of the game, and all I can really say is that there is no better way to celebrate Solid Snake's last appearance on the Metal Gear franchise than this. This is perfect for those die-hard fans out there! I mean, if I had the funds, I'd be on eBay right now placing my bid! How cool it looks is beyond words, so I'll just let the pictures do the talking.
