Kardinall Offishall is Canadian Hip-Hop star and producer. He is often called, "The Canadian Ambassador." he is best known for reggae and dancehall influenced style hip-hop.

He is one of the few Canadian hip-hop stars who has managed to obtain an international audience! He has has collaborated with big name artists such as, Busta Rhymes, T-Pain, Lil' Wayne, Akon, and many more!

This joint I have for you guys is titled, "Tide Is High," and features Rihanna! Now I'm not a huge fan of Offishall's, and I really don't like most of his joints, but this one's not so bad, thanks to Rihanna! Rihanna really adds to this track and actualy makes it really good! No word yet for an upcoming album, but i'll keep you guys posted! For those who havent't heard of this cat before, check it for Rihanna! You might like it!
